Spartans Assistant Basketball Coach Hired At Cullman
A Mountain Brook basketball assistant basketball coach has a new gig at Cullman High School.
CULLMAN, AL — Straight off basking in the glow of a 6A state championship this season, one of the Mountain Brook High School basketball coaches will not be on the bench with coach Tyler Davis next season, as Stu Studeman was named head coach at Cullman High School Friday.
Studeman, who spent the last three seasons with the Spartans as an assistant under Davis and former coach Bucky McMillan, also served as an assistant at MBHS from 2014-2016 and worked at Crestline Elementary School before taking over at Grissom High School in 2017-18.
Studeman won an area championship as a head coach for the boys varsity team at Greenville High School in 2016.
