MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — The past week in Mountain Brook saw the MBHS boys basketball team advance to its eighth Final Four appearance in nine years. But this year is different, as this marks the team's first season in Class ^A and its first under head coach Tyler Davis.

Also in Mountain Brook this past week, the Shell gas station in Mountain Brook Village was purchased by a Mississippi oil company.
