Spartans Volleyball Team Advances To State Tournament

Mountain Brook advanced to the 6A volleyball finals after a win over Cullman in Huntsville this week.

HUNTSVILLE, AL — Mountain Brook, the defending Class 7A volleyball champions, have advanced to the 6A state tournament in Birmingham next week.

A 25-23, 25-13, 27-29, 25-18 win over Cullham High School in Huntsville this week clinched a spot in the tournament for the Spartans.

Mountain Brook will enter the tournament at Birmingham's CrossPlex arena as the no. 3 seed.
