Spire To Work On Gas Lines Through January
Spire, formerly known as Alagasco, will begin making upgrades to gas lines in the city on Monday, Oct. 9.

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Spire, formerly known as Alagasco, will begin making upgrades to gas lines in the city on Monday, Oct. 9. This will be the third of 4 phases to improve gas lines in Mountain Brook.
Phase 3 will begin on October 9 and continue through January of 2018, followed immediately by Phase 4 which will end in late February.
Spire will begin working on Glencoe and Old Leeds roads at 8:30 a.m. each day and finish by 4:30 p.m. Officers will occupy the ends of the work areas as crews work throughout the day to direct traffic and ensure the safety of the workers.
