MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — The second phase of Mountain Brook Village's Lane Parke development has undergone some revisions to its plan, but a vote regarding those revisions was delayed ny the Mountain Brook City Council this week.

The developer, Evson, Inc., is requesting approval of an ordinance that would let it amend the original traffic and access plan — allowing alternate drive-thru locations — and change the base zoning standards to permit four drive-thrus instead of three.

This sparked a bevy of feedback from residents, who packed the council chambers earlier this month during a hearing, according to a Village Living report.
