TRUSSVILLE, AL — A rally supporting the Black Lives Matter movement is planned for Trussville Saturday. A report from the Trussville Tribune said the rally is set to begin at 9 a.m. in the park across from Trussville City Hall.

Birmingham's suburbs have been the site of numerous protests and rallies since the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. Events in Mountain Brook, Homewood, Vestavia Hills and Hoover have been held in the last two weeks.
