The Cahaba Building Set To Open In Trussville In 2022

The new office building will offer workers an alternative to a commute or a work-from-home situation.

TRUSSVILLE, AL — A new office building in Trussville is expected to offer more than 8,000 square feet of coworking space. Hancock Construction is developing The Cahaba Buildingon the corner of Highway 11 and N. Chalkville Road at 204 Main St., and construction should be complete by 2022, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.

The 9,600-square-foot workspace will include 8,100 square feet of coworking space, according to the BBJ repott. The remaining 1,500 square feet is committed to a private office.

The Cahaba Building’s concept is similar to the Lindsey Building which was developed by Hancock Construction in 2019.
