The Clay City Council passed a resolution that would annex two properties into the city.

CLAY, AL - The Clay City Council passed a resolution that will annex two properties into the city limits. The properties are both located at 7325 and 7339 Old Springville Road, and are both owned by Pat Feemster.

According to a report by the Trussville Tribune, no one expressed an opinion for or against the annexation in the public hearing held Tuesday night.

The Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation is to annex the two properties into the City of Clay and re-subdivide both properties and an additional property, 7388 Old Springville Road, which is already in the city.
