Community Shred Day In Trussville: What To Know

The Trussville Chamber of Commerce will co-host a community shred day at Trussville Civic Center.

TRUSSVILLE, AL — Trussville residents have the chance to get rid of unwanted magazines, newspapers, documents and other paper waste Friday, when the Trussville Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau of Central and South Alabama host Community Shred Day.

The event takes place Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of the Trussville Civic Center at 5381 Trussville Clay Road.

According to the Trussville Civic Center's social media announcement, shredding is limited to two containers or bags per vehicle, and only paper will be accepted (no electronics).
