Huskies, Cougars, Indians Make Preseason Top 10

TRUSSVILLE, AL — The Alabama Sports Writers Association released its preseason football rankings Monday, and Hewitt-Trussville, Clay-Chalkville and Pinson Valley each found themselves in the preseason top 10.

Pinson Valley and Hewitt-Trussville each start the season with a top 5 ranking, with the Huskies at no. 3 in Class 7A, and the Indians ranked third in Class 6A. The Cougars find themselves ranked ninth to start the season.
