New Taco Bell Location Opening In Clay
Clay will get a new Taco Bell restaurant set to open in 2019.
CLAY, AL - A new Taco Bell restaurant is set to open in Clay in 2019, according to the Clay City Council. The restaurant will be built on the piece of property between the Piggly Wiggly shopping center and Faith Lutheran Church on Deerfoot Parkway.
A report by the Trussville Tribune said Clay City Manager Ronnie Dixon received the plans for the restaurant, and it will likely open at the beginning of the new year.

Dixon said the property was going to be used for a stand-alone emergency room, but the doctor got behind on the plans and sold the property.
