TRUSSVILLE, AL — Shots were fired Wednesday night near Jefferson Memorial Gardens. in Trussville. Trussville police have a man in custody, according to a Trussville Tribune report.

Police reports say the man broke a window at Jim N Nicks, then went across Highway 11 to the funeral home and began to fire shots.
