Trussville Summer Events: Dates Announced

Dates have been announced for several summer events happening in Trussville this summer.

TRUSSVILLE, AL — With summer in full swing, residents of Trussville have plenty of local events to look forward to, as dates have been announced for a bevy of citywide happenings. The Trussville Tribune reported that Trussville CityFest, Restaurant Week and Movies on the Mall have all been officially scheduled.

Movies on the Mall: Friday, June 18 and Sunday, July 18. Starting at sunset, "Tom & Jerry" will be shown at Trussville Mall near Cahaba Elementary June 18, and a July double-feature of "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" and "Ratatouille" in the Trussville Entertainment District.

Trussville Restaurant Week 2021: A two-week celebration of local restaurants featuring a repeat of last year’s popular Restaurant Bingo game.

Trussville CityFest: Saturday, September 11; Trussville Entertainment District. Although the event begins with a remembrance of those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the theme shifts to a more celebratory tone with live music, food and drinks and family activities.
