Earthquake Strikes Alaskan Aleutian Islands
BREAKING: The massive quake hit at 2:24 p.m.

ALEUTIAN ISLANDS, AK — A magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck the Alaskan Aleutian Islands Friday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey. The massive quake, which had a depth of four miles, hit 127 miles from Attu Station, Alaska.
The quake did not trigger a tsunami warning.
