Anchorage Chamber Of Commerce Incentivizes Vaccinations

Gift cards will be given to newly-vaccinated Alaskans in July.

The Anchorage Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Alaska Chamber and Alaska Department of Health & Social Services is offering free gift cards from Anchorage Chamber member businesses to newly vaccinated Alaskans in the month of July.

“We are pleased to be playing a role in getting more Alaskans vaccinated and certainly agree that this is a major function in bouncing back from the pandemic,” says President & CEO Bruce Bustamante.

Gift cards are being distributed to all Municipality of Anchorage clinics run by the Anchorage Health Department, Anchorage Mobile Vaccine Team, and Visit Healthcare. To find a clinic, visit anchoragecovidvaccine.org. Appointments are available and walk-ins are welcome. Gift cards will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Already vaccinated? Enter the Anchorage Chamber’s Get Vaxxed & Relax Raffle at bit.ly/vaxandrelax. All vaccinated Alaskans are eligible to enter for a chance to win Alaska Airlines miles, Alaska Railroad tickets, hotel stays, and more. The drawing will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021.
