Join us IN PERSON on July 25th for the American Heart Association CycleNation North County: a high energy stationary cycling event. CycleNation is geared toward bringing awareness to a younger generation about the correlation between heart, stroke, and brain health!
Recruit a team of 4 riders for a 20-minute relay style stationary ride on the rooftop deck of the Del Mar Plaza overlooking the ocean. You can expect a Sunday Funday to remember with a DJ, photobooth, survivor speakers, blood pressure monitoring, stroke warning education, Hand-Only CPR training, Cornhole, Giant Jenga, small bites and happy hour provided by Monarch!
