San Diego County Sheriff's are reminding everyone that in observance of New Year's Day, all Sheriff's stations and substations, including headquarters will be closed on Wednesday. Detention facilities will remain open, officials added. And of course deputies will be out in full force in the field, officials said. For emergencies, residents may call 9-1-1.
