Wells Fargo Robbed in Torrey Highlands

An Asian or white man entered into the Wells Fargo on the 7800 block of Highlands Village Place in Torrey Highlands and robbed it with demand note on Monday afternoon, San Diego Police said.

The suspect, who was described as 6 foot 1 and 200 pounds, took an unknown amount of cash from a teller and left the bank of foot, according to Sgt. JR Leon.

The suspect was last seen driving away in a gray Dodge Chargers towards State Route 56. Police added that the suspect was wearing a black beanie, black hoodie sweatshirt and black pants.

San Diego robbery detectives are investigating.
