Encinitas Crews To Make Drainage, Parking Improvements On Vulcan Ave

City contractors will be doing drainage and parking improvements along Vulcan Avenue between Leucadia Blvd. and Andrew Avenue beginning on Friday, Jan. 6th through March 31, 2020. Neighborhoods impacted by this construction work will have parking restrictions in place due to the presence of equipment and supplies.

Please look for alternative parking during this construction period—which runs from 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday between 1/6/2020 and 3/31/2020.

“No Parking” signs will be posted 72 hours in advance of work and cars parked in violation of the no parking signs will be towed.
