ATTENTION ENCINITANS: Construction work on Lone Jack Road near Little Oaks Park will be taking place from 7:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday from now until early August. Heavy delays are expected so please avoid this area during these specific working hours unless necessary. The emergency access road along Double LL Ranch Road will be open on Monday -Friday from 7AM – 4PM.
