Is surfing your passion? We have a once-in-a-lifetime experience for you. Spend time with style icon and surfboard designer Rob Machado as he works with you hand-in-hand to shape the board of your dreams. Rob Machado is one of the world’s greatest surfers known for his Zen-like flow both in water and on land. He's also committed to cleaner waters and healthier communities internationally, and here at home in Cardiff-by-the-Sea.

This custom shaping package includes a finished Rob Machado Designs Surfboard, designed to your specs. This package is made possible by Hurley Surf Club and includes a unique Hurley product package. Rob Machado invited Hurley to join him in support for San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy. We are grateful for their mutual dedication to our 30th Anniversary celebration and fundraiser.
