Miso is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 5 year old, 13 pound, female, Domestic Short Hair cat.
Miso was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society more than one year ago from a crowded rescue partner in Riverside County through the Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS) program.
She’s a very active cat with an outgoing personality. Miso really likes people, but it doesn’t take much to distract her if there are toys to play with.

Since her arrival, Miso went to private foster care. She returned to the shelter. Now she’s back in foster care, getting used to home life and preparing to be adopted.
The $100 adoption fee for Miso includes medical exams, vaccinations, spay, and registered microchip. For information about how to schedule an Adoption by Appointment or to become a Virtual Foster care sponsor for any of the dogs, cats, and rabbits at Rancho Coastal Humane Society log on to SDpets.org or call 760-753-6413.
