Nature Photography Workshop at San Elijo Lagoon Jan. 15

Improve Your Outdoor Photography Skills With Wildlife and People in Focus on Sunday, January 15 from 3-4:30 pm at San Elijo Lagoon

NATURE IN FOCUS
Photography Workshop January 15 led by San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy

Familiar with the Rule of Thirds? It means dividing up the landscape and placing the photographed subject away from the center. Taking a great photo is about telling a visual story. In the upcoming Nature Photography Workshop you can put your smartphones and cameras to the task with innovative tips by photojournalist Jac Flanders, a conservancy naturalist and guest expert in photography. This workshop is an ideal introduction for anyone who loves to be outdoors taking and sharing awesome photos.

Participants in the workshop will receive a complimentary entry in the Conservancy's #loveyourlagoon Photo Contest now under way, with recognition awarded in First Place Youth, Adult, and People's Choice categories.
