Spook-tacular Sunday Stroll

Celebrate the BOO-tiful San Elijo Lagoon with Halloween-Inspired Tour and Treat on October 18. All Ages Welcome.

Celebrate BOO-tiful autumn weather by getting an up-close look at intrepid insects, peculiar parasites, and spectacular spiders at San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve. On Sunday, October 18, from 3-4 pm naturalists with San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy will lead participants in a Halloween-inspired tour along the salt marsh and streamside loop trail. Join in this frighteningly fun adventure, ending with a sweet treat.

Guided tour occurs at the San Elijo Lagoon Nature Center, located at 2710 Manchester Avenue in Cardiff-by-the-Sea.

San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy is the community-supported nonprofit land trust for San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve. The conservancy’s mission is to protect and restore the resources of the lagoon, its watershed and related ecosystems, for the benefit of current and future generations.
