Burglary Suspect Leads Police Chase Through Hollywood Hills

Officers began following the suspect around 5:50 p.m. Monday, leading to a pursuit, police said.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A burglary suspect was taken into custody Monday evening following a police pursuit that ended in the Hollywood Hills.

Officers began following the suspect -- who was driving a 2018 or 2019 Toyota Camry -- at about 5:50 p.m., according to Officer Tony Im of the Los Angeles Police Department.

A pursuit began and the suspect surrendered near the intersection of Oak Crest Drive and Cahuenga Boulevard at about 6:10 p.m. It was unclear where the pursuit began, Im said.
