HOLLYWOOD, CA — Two-time Emmy winner Kirstie Alley died of cancer on Monday at the age of 71. Alley's children, True and Lillie Parker, shared their giref in a Twitter post and revealed that their mother's cancer was only just recently discovered.

“As iconic as she was on screen, she was an even more amazing mother and grandmother,” the statement said.
