Dodgers Clinch Playoff Spot With Victory Over Giants
The Dodgers 10-6 victory over the Giants Saturday earned them a postseason berth.
LOS ANGELES, CA — The Los Angeles Dodgers are headed to the Major League Baseball playoffs, but whether they go as National League West champs or earn a Wild Card berth is not yet clear.
The playoff's stage was set with Saturday's 10-6 victory over the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park.
The Dodgers have to win Sunday's regular season finale against the Giants and the Colorado Rockies must suffer a weekend loss for the two teams to play a tie-breaker Monday at Chavez Ravine to determine the Division Champion. The loser is the Wild Card and plays the National League Central Wild Card team, either the Chicago Cubs or Milwaukee Brewers in the Midwest Tuesday.

The Dodgers have 90 wins and 71 losses this season.
