E.P. Overhauls Menu, Interior Design For Indoor Reopening

The popular WeHo restaurant shifted its focus to modern American cuisine with a California twist.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — E.P. officially reopened for indoor dining on Monday. The popular West Hollywood returned with a revamped menu and interior design, aiming to evolve from it's longtime focus on Asian cuisine.

Changes are aplenty at almost every corner of the restaurant. Nick Russo will now serve as Head Chef, while Jaci Koludrovic will oversee pastries. Much of the menu will now lean toward modern, Californian-American dishes, offering appetizers such as an aged Baja Tuna Crudo with pickled melon and salmon caviar, or main dishes like the Wagyu tri top with maitake mushrooms.

“We’re not shutting out Asia,” culinary director Monty Koludrovic, who helped restructure the menu, told Eater. “We’re influenced by it, taking inspiration from the great American culture throughout the modern era.”

The dining room itself boasts a sleeker, darker design that aims to keep pace with the new atmosphere. Indoor capacity will be limited to 50% as Los Angeles County remains in the yellow tier.

E.P. will be open from 6 p.m. to midnight Monday through Friday, and will be open until 2 a.m. on weekends. The restaurant will rejoin its companion L.P. Rooftop, which is open from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Friday and 12 p.m. until 12 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
