Yes, this includes the director who just proposed to his girlfriend on stage!

LOS ANGELES, CA — The 70th annual Primetime Emmy Awards kicked off Sept. 17 at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles. The show — which was hosted by "Saturday Night Live" comedians Colin Jost and Michael Che — opened with a full song and dance routine performed by stars including Kate McKinnon, Kenan Thompson, Ricky Martin, Kristen Bell, RuPaul, Sterling K. Brown and recent EGOT winner John Legend.

Amazon Prime original “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” had overwhelming success in the comedy categories this year.
