While the US Postal Service has been having issue after issue keeping the mail service alive in our country, it is still a vital bit of every day life. It's not often we use snail mail anymore but Tuesday I found myself with three packages to mail and no where but a post office to accomplish the task.
I was pleasantly surprised by the Hollywood post office. It was easy to get to, in a beautiful location and amazingly friendly staff like Ron Whigham (pictured) who was nice during our entire interaction. The place was even much busier than I had anticipated but even still the wait wasn't long.
The Hollywood Post Office is located at 1615 Wilcox Ave at the corner of Wilcox avenue and Selma Avenue.
