Kanye West Re-Lists Hollywood Hills Home
The rapper reduces the price of his Hollywood Hills West pad.
Rapper Kanye West is selling his Hollywood Hills West home for $3.3 million.
West originally listed the home at 7882 Fareholm Dr. for $3.995 million in 2010, according to AOL Real Estate. He purchased it for $1,750,000 in December of 2003, Trulia's Luxe Living blog reported.
The 4,214-square-foot house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It features panoramic views, a gated entry, French walnut floors and Minotti chandeliers, according to AOl Real Estate.
