Kerwin Frost To Host Film Festival At TCL Chinese Theatre

Missed watching movies on the big screen? Comedian Kerwin Frost will host a large-scale event to welcome moviegoers back with a bang.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Comedian Kerwin Frost will host a three day film festival at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood to welcome moviegoers back to theaters in style. The weekend event will take place from June 25-27 and show over 20 films.

The festival will screen movies new and old, from cult classics like "Pootie Tang" and "Pursuit of Happyness" to newer blockbusters like "Queen & Slim" & "Trolls World Tour." Special guests will also be in attendance, such as Jaden Smith, Tim Robinson, and more surprise appearances.

"Bringing some of the biggeset icons together to celebrate film, we're back in theaters baby!" Frost wrote. "Words cannot describe how excited I am for this event. Putting this together has consumed my entire soul. I can’t wait to show Waffle, Trolls World Tour on the big screen!!! We have soooo many crazy things planned..... it’s really going to be an experience!"

Guests can buy $16.75 tickets for individual films. Tickets will include free popcorn and a drink, red carpet access, and more perks.

Kerwin Frost previously hosted a film festival in New York City in 2019, showing 17 films across three days. The event also featured Q&As with relevant directors such as Josh and Ben Safdie along with music video director Cole Bennet.
