LAPD Continues Hunt for Suspect Who Assaulted Man Outside Roosevelt Hotel
Police are asking the public for help in identifying the suspect.

Los Angeles police hope video released today will flush out the suspect who punched a man several times in the face and body in an alley outside the Roosevelt Hotel.
The assault occurred about 2 a.m. the day after Halloween in the alley at Orange Drive and Hollywood Boulevard.
The suspect was described as an Hispanic man in his early 30s who is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs between 170 and 190 pounds. He was wearing black pants, military style black boots and a dark watch on his left wrist. He had numerous tattoos on his back and arms, authorities said.

Police said the victim and the suspect met inside the hotel on Halloween night and got into an argument “about cable service.” When they later saw each other outside the hotel, a fight occurred.
