Stabbing Outside El Pollo Loco Leaves Man Critically Injured
Police said the man collapsed on the floor of the restaurant after being stabbed in a fight outside.
HOLLYWOOD, CA — A man was critically injured after being stabbed in a fight outside an El Pollo Loco Tuesday night. The incident happened outside the restaurant at Fountain Avenue and Vine Street shortly before 7 p.m. according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
LAPD officer Rosario Cervantes said two men got in a fight about an unknown issue. After being stabbed, the victim entered the restaurant and collapsed on the ground.
The man was taken to a hospital to be treated for critical injuries, while the other man ran away according to Cervantes.
