What's New On Netflix: May 2020

There's never been a better time to stream your favorite movies and TV shows at home. And, luckily, Netflix is offering a plethora of exciting new additions in May — including tons of new Netflix original content.

Get ready for the premiere of the mockumentary series “Space Force,” in which Steve Carell plays Mark R. Naird, a military general tapped by the federal government to lead The Space Force, a new branch of the armed forces with the goal of putting American “Boots on the Moon” by 2024.

Another highly anticipated original series making its debut this month is “Hollywood,” a drama about the lives of aspiring actors and filmmakers (David Corenswet, Darren Criss, Laura Harrier) during the golden era of Hollywood.

Meanwhile, “Dead to Me,” “The Hollow,” “Restaurants on the Edge,” “Rust Valley Restorers," "Selling Sunset" and "Trailer Park Boys: The Animated Series” are all returning for their second seasons.

Last but not least, the streaming platform also welcomes the arrival of films such as “Uncut Gems,” “The Lincoln Lawyer,” “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” “House at the End of the Street,” “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective,” “Back to the Future,” “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and “Underworld.”
