1965: A Charro Champ, Troublesome Teens, and Slippers for Dad

After local teens rioted on Broadway, folks protested when the little bums wanted a permit to start the Lemon Grove Teen Dance Hall at 746 Broadway in the “Broadwalk” (former haunt of Piggly Wiggly). The permit was pending before the Board of Supervisors.
