Bourbon Burger Bar Brings Steakhouse Burgers to LA

Craving a big juicy burger? Michael Mina has just the place with his ghost kitchen Bourbon Burger, now serving burgers out of his Bourbon Steak Los Angeles location in Glendale.

The Bourbon Burger Bar follows the debut of Mina’s Tokyo Hot Chicken, bringing delicious comfort food to Angelinos.

The menu features half pound prime dry-aged steak burgers with a variety of toppings including apple wood smoked bacon and black truffle. Other available toppings include triple crème camembert, truffle aioli, red wine shallots, avocado and a variety of cheeses. There are plenty of sides, including the best fries in town cooked in duck fat that come with a trio of chipotle honey, truffle aioli and pickled ketchup dipping sauces and caviar-topped crème fraiche. Additional available sides include a trio of mushrooms, charred broccoli, crispy Brussels, Parker house rolls, potato puree and creamed spinach.

For those that don’t want meat in their burger, they also offer a Heritage Turkey Burger, BBQ Wild Salmon burger and a mushroom based Veggie burger.

Dessert options include a Granny Smith apple tart with white chocolate cream, the Bourbon Bar with a chocolate brownie, peanut butter ganache and Marcona almonds and ‘Nilla wafer pudding with bananas, white chocolate pearls and granola.

Now that alfresco dining is back, diners can choose to order a burger from Bourbon Burger Bar to pick up and enjoy at home or eat on their patio.

Bourbon Steak LA is offering a special spring dineLA menu the first two weeks of March.

For those that want delivery, Bourbon Burger Bar is available for takeout and delivery through Toast, Uber Eats, Postmates and Doordash. Bourbon Burger Bar is located inside of Bourbon Steak LA at the Americana at Brand (889 Americana Way, Glendale, CA 91210) and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
