Hotel Casa del Mar Launches Summer Rosé Menu
Terrazza restaurant provides wine, ocean views and spectacular bites

Hotel Casa del Mar has launched a new summer rosé menu. Originally created for International Rosé Day, the delicious dishes and refreshing rosé wines are available all summer.

The resort’s Terrazza restaurant, overlooking the beach and Pacific Ocean, offers a beautiful romantic atmosphere to enjoy rosé tasting and dining.

The special “La Vie en Rosé” menu includes six different French Rosé glasses including Pét’ Mout’ Petillant Naturel, Domaine des Brosses Sancerre, Hampton Water Rosé, Whispering Angel Rosé, Bodvár Rosé and Barton & Guestier Rosé.

The menu includes croquetas with Santa Barbara spot prawns; Ahi tuna crudo with tangerine, grilled peaches and a miso yuzu dressing; crab cake with Brava sauce, mustard greens and a lemon vinaigrette; steamed mussels with white wine, garlic shallots and bread and grilled octopus. We opted out of the octopus and the chef surprised us with a melt in your mouth halibut with asparagus and a green spicy sauce.





The menu is perfect for a date, afternoon bite or dinner with friends. All of the rosés are refreshing and paired perfectly with the seafood dishes. We finished our beautiful lunch with a berry cobbler.
