Katana West Hollywood launches Red Sun BBQ Menu

Katana West Hollywood has launched a limited edition Red Sun BBQ menu. The new menu and specialty cocktails are available every Sunday until Labor Day from 6 to 11:30 pm.

Diners can sit in the romantic indoor dining room or listen to a live DJ al fresco overlooking the Sunset Strip on Katana’s patio.

The menu features fried calamari with jalapeno amuzu, popcorn shrimp tacos with purple cabbage, carnitas tacos and sliders with spicy garlic aioli on Hawaiian rolls as appetizers. Diners can enjoy uni Wagyu handrolls; Hammer Rolls with rock shrimp tempura, spicy tuna and avocado and seafood ceviche with crab shrimp and avocado from the sushi bar. They can also enjoy Wagyu short ribs, smoked shrimp and Asian BBQ ribs from the Robata bar.

Katana is also offering specialty cocktails; we tried the Dragon’s Kiss with Azunia Resposado Tequila, Asian plum syrup, lime juice, rhubarb bitters and tonic. Delicious, light and refreshing.

Additionally, most Innovative Dining Group (IDG) restaurants, including Katana ROKU, Sushi Roku and Robata Bar will be celebrating International Sushi Day on Tuesday, June 18 by offering their premium sushi and sashimi platters for two for $55 (originally valued at $90 each).

Katana also has a variety of desserts, for special occasions they have a beautiful lit firecracker candle. All of our dishes were delicious.
