The dinner menu also highlights local Maui ingredients with dishes including poke ahi tuna nachos, a seafood trio with blue crab, ahi poke and Creole poached shrimp; Maui beach balls with rock shrimp and Kula corn; fisherman’s stew with lobster, scallops, shrimp and crab; herb grilled or macadamia nut crusted catch of the day and pineapple tiramisu, caramel macchiato ice cream pie or Kilaue chocolate lava cake for dessert.
