Umami Burger Launches Latest Burger in Artist Series

Umami Burger has launched their latest burger in their Artist Series collaboration. The new Hampton Burger, a result of Jesse Bongiovi, son of musician Jon Bon Jovi, and the brand’s joint effort has been added to the Umami menu for a limited time.

The new burger features a Miso Mustard Wagyu Beef Patty and two layers of American Cheese, Kewpie Mayo topped with roasted tomatoes, raw onions, pickled beet slices, Feta cheese and Iceberg lettuce with a green chili vinaigrette. It’s paired with Jesse and Jon’s Hampton Water rose wine.

I sampled the Hampton Burger at the Hollywood Umami Burger and it was delicious. The Hampton Water rose was a perfect pairing. I would definitely order this burger again the next time I visit Umami.

For every burger sold, Umami will donate $1 to Jon Bon Jovi’s charitable organization, Soul Foundation, which works to break the cycle of hunger, poverty and homelessness throughout the United States.
