Thursday Night Food Trucks in NoHo/Toluca Lake

If you're craving cuisine from some of LA's best food trucks and you can't wait till , then visit the Thursday night Tiki Trucks event on Lankershim Boulevard.

Each Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m., four to seven of the city's best food trucks park outside Tiki No at 4657 Lankershim.

Last Thursday the trucks included Flatiron, Fry Girl, Sweet E's Bakeshop and the Trailer Park Truck.

TikiNo manager Molly Knooihuisen and Taylor Funkhouser, owner of the Steel City Sandwich Truck, teamed up to sponsor the weekly event. 

Locals and L.A. foodies from all over can purchase their favorite food truck cuisine outside and enter the Polynesian inspired bar with their dinner and enjoy a Tiki No cocktail (if you come between 5 and 7 drinks are half off).

The food trucks vary each week. I sampled a juicy angus burger from Trailer Park Truck, parmesan fries from Flatiron, and a yummy mini cupcake from Sweet E's truck. Total cost: $12.

Tiki No Food Trucks are in front of TikiNo, at 4657 Lankershim Blvd., every Thursday from 5 to 9 pm.
