Gunman On The Loose After 2 Cars Shot At Stoneridge, Police Say
No injuries were reported. Here's what police know so far.

PLEASANTON, CA — Two cars were apparently shot at Stoneridge Shopping Center Tuesday in what appears to be a targeted incident, police said.
No injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made, the Pleasanton Police Department announced. It's unclear how many people may have been involved.
Police received reports that shots were fired at the mall around 2:20 p.m. and found the cars with bullet holes in the E parking lot, police said. Shell casings were nearby.

Officers soon learned someone entered the mall and ran out another exit, police said. Police searched the area but did not find anyone.
A video posted by KPIX reporter Juliette Goodrich on Twitter shows armed officers walking around the area as police continued their search.

The Stoneridge Shopping Center has since reopened.
