Lanes Of I-580 Westbound Closed Following Crash: CHP
A car crashed with a commercial vehicle near Hacienda Drive, closing down lanes and causing debris to fly across the freeway.
PLEASANTON, CA — The two right lanes of I-580 westbound west of Hacienda Drive in Pleasanton are blocked due to a collision with injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A light blue Honda sedan crashed with another commercial vehicle at 12:01 p.m. Tuesday, according to a CHP log. After the crash, the vehicle stopped on the right-hand shoulder, causing debris to fly all over the freeway, and the lanes 5 and 6 to be blocked.
Moderate traffic is reported near the 580-680 interchange in both lanes as of 12:50 p.m., according to 511.org.
