PLEASANTON, CA — Chipotle Mexican Grill recently opened in Pleasanton. The business applied for a building permit in early April and spent several months remodeling, according to city officials. Employees said the eatery opened in July.
The restaurant is hiring. Chipotle is located at 6645 Koll Center Pkwy. in the storefront formerly home to Dickey's Barbecue Pit.
In Tri-Valley, Chipotle is also located in Dublin and Livermore. The Newport Beach-based franchise has 415 locations in California.
