We all know someone who's making a difference. Let's help share these amazing stories! Presented by Ring.

PLEASANTON, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.
This submission comes from Renee Senesac, who nominated the staff at Sunol Creek Memory Care.

Reason for recognition: The Management and entire staff and SCMC surly has their hands full during these unrepresented time. It would mean the world to me and I know many other families to give them this special recognition. They are providing love and care that we can not.
One thing to know: They provide quality personal care and have kept communication with families at its best. Virtual visits, Facetime calls, emails, and phone calls.
