PLEASANTON, CA — A building containing electrical and irrigation equipment was destroyed early Sunday morning at Castlewood Country Club.

No injuries were reported.

The 20-foot by 30-foot building on the north end of the lower golf course was engulfed in flames when the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department said it arrived around 3:45 a.m. The fire had reached through the roof and severely damaged the building, so firefighters fought the flames from outside.
