Join The Foothill WiCyS Summer Workshop to learn more about exciting cybersecurity topics

The Foothill WiCyS Club is the first high school WiCyS Chapter in the Pacific Coast Regions of the United States. This group is made up of rising juniors from Foothill high school with a few years of experience competing at various levels in national competitions. Their goal is to bring students from all groups and promote a common purpose, allowing them to connect with people of diverse skills and backgrounds. This network will provide them with opportunities to learn, collaborate and grow.
Foothill Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) encourages curious minds, 6 - 9th graders to develop and pursue their interests in Cyber Security. Over the summer, Foothill WiCys Club is planning a workshop on July 11th, 2021, starting from 10 AM to 5 PM PST, to introduce cybersecurity topics, create an awareness of different types of Competitions (CTF / Cyber Patriots etc) and other opportunities for growth. The goal of this club is to help fellow students develop knowledge to protect themselves from cyber attacks and cyber bullying and also learn about the growing field of CyberSecurity. They have also created a repository of cyber security resources and tools.
