Injury Crash, Gravel Spill On I-680 Delays Morning Commute: CHP

PLEASANTON, CA — The California Highway Patrol this morning is investigating an injury crash on southbound Interstate 680 at Sunol Boulevard. The wreck, which involved one vehicle, was reported just before 3 a.m., according to the CHP.

The CHP closed several lanes and issued at Sig-alert while crews worked to clear gravel and debris from the road. The lanes have since reopened. No other information is available.
