I wish you knew that your well-intentioned efforts would have worked if you were doing the right things, instead of trying every hot new diet or exercise style that came along.

I wish you knew that your confusion about what works to get fit and lose fat and what doesn’t has created a combined $44 billion industry annually, yet a greater percentage of people in the US and the world are overweight and obese than ever before (more than 2/3). I wish you knew how simple it is to correct what’s wrong with your current fitness and eating plan.

I wish you knew that the tapes running in your head that create your self-sabotage are utter nonsense.

I wish you knew how good your life could be at 50 and beyond.

I wish you would let me (or one of the other outstanding fitness and fat loss professionals in the area) help you achieve your best self.

I wish you knew what taking this challenge, instead of reading and then forgetting this article five minutes after reading it and returning to what’s not working for you, could mean to the richness of the rest of your life.

Make my wishes (and yours) come true.
